ohkayy sayang-sayang sekalian! maaf lama tak update blog ini. saya kekeringan idea dan kekangan masa.

OTAK-OTAK?



yeahhhhh, itulah diaaaa.... ini bukan cerita Zombie Kampung Pisang yang zombie-zombie semua gila buru nak makan otak orang kampung.



INI SEJENIS MAKANAN TRADISIONAL MASYARAKAT TERENGGANU <3





dah lama tak makan benda alah ni, kira-kira 5 tahun semenjak bergelar penghuni asrama nun jauh di Selangor. Namun, hasrat itu terlaksana kelmarin, ouhhh, alhamdulillah.

Tak tahu apa itu otak-otak? Mari saya terangkan.




"It can be eaten as a snack or with bread or rice as part of a meal. Otak-otak is made by mixing fish paste (usually mackerel) with a mixture of spices including chillies, garlic, shallots, turmeric, lemon grass and coconut milk. The mixture is then wrapped in a banana leaf that has been softened by steaming, then grilled or steamed.While fish otak-otak is most common, otak-otak is also commonly made with prawns, often resulting in a more textured variety."
